    Polyester Dust Collector Bag

    Manufactured from Sinopec Yizheng high-strength polyester fibers via high-frequency, dense, high-speed needle punching, complying with GB/T6719-2009 standard. These filter bags offer superior filtration precision and easy ash cleaning for a wide range of industrial applications.


    Product Advantages
    • High porosity & density for superior filtration precision

    • Excellent air permeability and easy ash cleaning

    • Stable performance at ≤120°C (short-term ≤130°C)

    • Soft texture with high tensile strength


    Material Properties
    • Glass transition temperature: ~80°C

    • Melting point: 255-265°C (starts softening at 230-240°C)

    • Heat-shrinkable fiber (strength loss at 170°C is recoverable)

    • Poor alkali resistance & hydrolysis stability
